Frymax has proudly sponsored the Best Newcomer Award at the National Fish and Chip Awards since 2011. This award is very important to the British fish and chips industry as the future of the Fish and Chip Trade relies on highly motivated and skilled individuals opening new and exciting takeaways and restaurants that increase the standards of the industry. The Frymax sponsored Best Newcomer Award recognises and rewards the best of these every year.

NEODA (National Edible Oil Distributors Association)

Frymax is a leading member of NEODA who regulate and monitor all frying mediums in the UK to ensure they are sourced and processed ethically as well as labelled correctly. NEODA also runs the annual National Fish and Chip Day in June.

National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF)

Frymax is an associate member of the NFFF which is dedicated to raising standards within the British fish and chips industry through offering training at their Training Academy based near Leeds, qualifications and the NFFF Quality Award – a scheme rewarding shops that provide top quality fish and chips in a clean, hygienic and safe environment. Frymax is the brand of choice for the NFFF training courses.
